WNEP-TV brings ABC to Scranton, Pennsylvania, and is one of the full-power stations serving the Wilkes Barre-Scranton, PA market.
Viewers find it on channel 16. That is the virtual channel your TV displays; the signal itself goes out on RF channel 21, which is why a rescan sometimes matters. It shares its broadcast channel with another station under an FCC channel-sharing arrangement.
