Overview
WDVB-CD is a Class A TV station licensed by the FCC to Edison, New Jersey, carrying TBN in the Philadelphia, PA market.
Viewers find it on channel 23. That is the virtual channel your TV displays; the signal itself goes out on RF channel 22, which is why a rescan sometimes matters. It shares its broadcast channel with another station under an FCC channel-sharing arrangement. As a Class A station it keeps the interference protection that full-power stations have, which ordinary low-power stations do not.
