Overview
WLCF-LD is a low-power TV station licensed by the FCC to Decatur, Illinois, carrying CTN in the Champaign-Springfield-Decatur, IL market.
Viewers find it on channel 45. That is the virtual channel your TV displays; the signal itself goes out on RF channel 17, which is why a rescan sometimes matters. Beyond the main channel, WLCF-LD also airs Newsmax2 and Biz TV on its subchannels. Its signal covers a smaller area than a full-power station's, so an antenna closer to the transmitter helps.
