Overview
Licensed to Houston, Texas, KHLM-LD is a low-power television station carrying CTN for viewers in the Houston, TX market.
On screen it is channel 12, though KHLM-LD actually transmits on RF channel 10. Digital TVs map the two automatically after a channel scan. KHLM-LD operates on a shared channel with another licensee, an arrangement the FCC allows.
