On screen it is channel 31, though KANG-LD actually transmits on RF channel 21. Digital TVs map the two automatically after a channel scan. It shares its broadcast channel with another station under an FCC channel-sharing arrangement. Low-power stations reach a smaller area than full-power ones, so reception depends on how close you are to its transmitter.
