Overview
KAZT-CD is a Class A TV station licensed by the FCC to Phoenix, Arizona, carrying The CW in the Phoenix (Prescott), AZ market.
On screen it is channel 27, though KAZT-CD actually transmits on RF channel 36. Digital TVs map the two automatically after a channel scan. As a Class A station it keeps the interference protection that full-power stations have, which ordinary low-power stations do not.
Kazt, L.l.c. holds the station's FCC license. KAZT-CD is owned by Londen Media Group. It first signed on in 1982. It has used the KAZT-CD call letters since February 2010.
Its website is aztv.com.
