Overview
WECP-LD is a low-power station on channel 21, licensed to Panama City, Florida and part of the Panama City, FL TV market.
Viewers find it on channel 21. That is the virtual channel your TV displays; the signal itself goes out on RF channel 35, which is why a rescan sometimes matters. Its subchannels carry Outlaw, Heroes & Icons and Telemundo. Its signal covers a smaller area than a full-power station's, so an antenna closer to the transmitter helps.
