Overview

Licensed to Kansas City, Missouri, KGKC-LD is a low-power television station carrying Telemundo for viewers in the Kansas City, KS-MO market.

Viewers find it on channel 39. That is the virtual channel your TV displays; the signal itself goes out on RF channel 33, which is why a rescan sometimes matters. The station's subchannels add Start TV, Jewelry TV, Shop LC, TeleXitos and MeTV Toons. Its signal covers a smaller area than a full-power station's, so an antenna closer to the transmitter helps.
